When we first bought the land, it was wild and unruly — a little overgrown, full of life, and completely untouched. Among all that wilderness, the squirrels had already carved out their own little oasis, and in a way, they became the first residents of the farm. They’ve always been held near and dear to us — a symbol of nature thriving on its own terms.

The word "Hollow" comes from my roots. I call the foothills of Appalachia my first home, where we called the tucked-away valleys “hollers.” Those places were quiet, protected, and full of character — and this property, with its tree-lined borders that separate it from the outside world, reminded me instantly of home. It felt like a hollow of our own — peaceful, private, and just waiting to bloom.
